Introduction
AsthaKrishi is a halal, transparent, and sustainable agricultural investment platform. Our objective is to establish a profit-sharing environment that is Shariah-compliant, fair, and financially rewarding for our investors. The profit distribution follows a 70%-30% model, balancing attractive returns with operational sustainability.

Profit Distribution Structure
Investors receive 70% of the net profits. This high share is designed to offer a competitive and Shariah-approved return on investment.
AsthaKrishi retains the remaining 30%, which is allocated across the following segments:

• • 5% for Referral and Marketing: This supports the growth of our user base through referral bonuses and promotional campaigns.
• • 10% for Platform Operation and Maintenance: Covers ongoing costs such as server infrastructure, technical development, customer support, and payment gateway fees.
• • 2% for Investor Risk Protection Fund: Reserved to compensate investors in case of unforeseen losses, under defined terms and conditions.
• • 1% for Farmer Incentives and CSR: Used to support farmer training programs, sustainability initiatives, and community development.

Shariah-Based Investment Approach
AsthaKrishi operates under Islamic financial principles, primarily using Mudarabah (profit-sharing) and Musharakah (joint venture) models. In both cases:

• • Profits are distributed according to pre-agreed ratios.
• • In the event of a loss, it is borne by the capital provider (the investor), while AsthaKrishi, as the manager, does not bear capital loss but only contributes labor and expertise.

"Any wealth that involves unlawful means carries no blessing." — Tirmidhi

Policy on Excess Profit & Loss
If a project yields more profit than expected, the excess amount is either:

• • Directly credited to the investor’s account, or
• • Reinvested based on the investor’s preference and authorization.

In the case of a loss, it will be adjusted from the investor’s principal capital. However, partial recovery support may be provided through the Investor Insurance Fund, subject to specific criteria.

Exceptions in Strategic Partnerships
AsthaKrishi may take up to an additional 5% profit share in projects executed under special joint ventures or strategic partnerships. These include collaborations with multinational entities, research-based initiatives, and lease-based farming operations. All such exceptions are governed by explicit contractual agreements.
